It is made into a collectible figure following the costume design which the original manga artist Q Hayashida has drawn especially for this item. The Dorohedoro Noi FigZero 1:6 Scale Action Figure stands approximately 13 3/4-inches tall and features 39 points of articulation. The head parts are all sculpted by renowned sculptor Masaki Apsy.

The tracksuit under the armor is made of fabric. It comes with 2x interchangeable heads: a bare face head and a masked head. The bare face head comes with 2x interchangeable face parts: a serious expression face and a smile face. The impressive voluminous hair parts have articulation joints installed at five places, which helps to avoid the hair parts getting in the way of posing the figure. The masked head comes with 2x pairs of interchangeable google parts: a pair of opened eyes and a pair of closed smiling eyes. Also, the masked head comes with 2x interchangeable mouth parts: a standard mouth and a mouth with magic smoke attached.
