He lunges forward with lightning-quick speed while holding his Flying Thunder God Kunai in one hand and Rasengan out forward in the other. Minato wears his iconic Hokage cape as he leaps off of a wild Kyubi possessed by his former student, Obito Uchiha with the 3 tomeo Sharingan. Minato is made of PVC, while his Rasengan is manufactured of clear ABS and hand painted to show the flow and swirl of his chakra.
